What is a “Pick-Up” order?
We offer a “pick-up” option for those in the Metro Toronto Area who wish to save money on shipping and connect in person with our brand. Once selected, a $4 fee will be charged (we still have to get there, after all) and once all orders are ready, customers will be provided with a location and two separate days/times for order pickup. We will have additional goodies and other surprises available for purchase at the pickup location!
How long will my order take to ship?
We ask that you are patient with your order delivery times as all orders are hand made and often made to order. We care about the quality of our work and thus take some time to process and prepare orders. If you have any questions please contact us, but know that a shipping notice and tracking number will be sent once your order is packaged and ready to go. Average wait time is approximately 2 weeks.
Can I wash my tie dye with other laundry?
We recommend holding off for at least the first few washes.
While each garment is soaked in dye-locking solution and washed thoroughly, we recommend hand washing in cold water for at least the first few washes until you feel comfortable putting in the washing machine and the water runs clear from your garment. Toss in the dryer on mild or hang/lay flat to dry.
My item doesn’t look like the picture — why?
Due to their handmade nature each product will vary slightly and may not look exactly like the item pictured. In our opinion this is one of the most exciting aspects of tie dye — everything is one of a kind :)
Return/Exchange Policy
Items cannot be returned as they are made to order. We offer exchange for sizing only (stock permitting). Customers must pay shipping fees for exchanges.
